Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we do offer other payment options, which are outlined below. Prior to commencement of treatment, we will discuss fees and establish financial arrangements. These arrangements can be coordinated with your insurance benefits.

Payment Options

Interest-Free* Revolving Line of Credit
For charges greater than $300, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, North America's leading patient payment program. CareCredit offers a full range of payment plans, including 3, 6, and 12 month Interest-Free* plans. Provided a minimum payment is made each month and the balance is paid in full by the specified date, there is absolutely no interest for this service. Once approved, you may use this each and every time you charge a balance greater than $300.
*Interest applied if not paid off within 12 months

CareCredit Extended Payment Plan
If you would prefer an even lower monthly payment option, CareCredit also offers a 24, 36 or 48 month payment plan. The annual interest rate for these plans varies depending on the economy.  

For both the Interest-Free and Extended Payment Plans, there are no upfront costs, no annual fees and no pre-payment penalties. As an added benefit, CareCredit is accepted by many dental specialists, physicians, optometrists and even veterinarians. Once approved, you may use this option in these offices as well.

Dental Insurance

We gladly accept all major indemnity dental insurance and many PPO type plans.  Please check with your insurance provider to make sure we providers for your particular plan.

If you provide us with the information we need, we will estimate your insurance benefits and submit your primary insurance for you. At the time of service, you will be responsible only for payment of your estimated co-payment.
