Dentist Tallahassee Appointment Reminder System

 

For your convience, we have implemented an automated reminder system that will notify you of any upcoming appointments.

 

What Is It?

We understand that everyone has a busy schedule and going to the dentist may not be foremost on your mind.  Because of this, we have implemented a new reminder system.  We also understand that you likely do not enjoy receiving phone calls that can interrupt your day or your dinner.  Thankfully, with this new system, provided we have your email and/or cell phone number, we can send you an email and/or a text message to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

 

How Does it Work?

  • 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a text message as well as an email reminding you of your upcoming appointment.  The one exception is Monday appoitnments will receive their message on the previous Friday
  • If you are able to keep this appointment, please confirm this appointment by following the instructions in the message
  • If you are unable to keep this appointment, please let us know, as soon as possible, so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
  • If we do not have an email or cell phone number, you will receive an automated phone call at home.  If you do not wish to receive phone calls, please make sure we have a cell phone number or email.
  • Since many cleaning appointments are made up to 6 months in advance, you will receive a "Heads Up" reminder 6 weeks prior to these appointments.  Do not confirm this message.  We ask that you simply check your calendar to make sure this time still works.  If not, please let us know as soon as possible.
 

You Have Control

If you do not want to receive reminders or want only a text or only an email, let us know and we can customize your reminders.

 

Avoid charges for missed appointments.  Please check your reminders and either confirm or let us know you must cancel as soon as possible.
