First and foremost, all patients must wear a mask when not being treated.  If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one.

To minimize the likelihood that anyone, including staff, coming to the office is sick, We have screening procedues in place  A day or two before your appointment, we will be asking you a series of screening questions that we will repeat once you arrive.  All patients will have their temperature taken before being treated.  Anyone over 100 degrees will be asked to reschedule.  All staff will have their temperature taken daily as well.

We will have designated entrance and exit doors.  We will have hand sanitizer available that we will ask you to use when you arrive. In some cases, traffic within the office will be one way.  All countertops in the front desk area will be wiped down between patients and all doorknobs will be wiped down hourly. 

When you arrive, DO NOT COME IN.  Please wait in in your car and text or call us at 893-0711 to let us know you are here.  We will text you back and meet you at the front door when we are ready for you.  We know this is an inconvenience, but it is for the safety of everyone.  If you do not have a phone, please knock on the door and someone will greet you.

Unless you need assistance or if you are with a minor, we ask that you come alone.  

We are going to look a little different to you.  All clinical staff will be wearing gowns, masks and faceshields. 

Finally, we have made some investments to help make sure your visit is as safe as possible.  We have added a new central air purification system which will help to minimize bacterial, viral and particulate matter in the air.  Additionally, so that we can do an even better job of keeping them clean, we have upgraded our computer keyboards and mice to new, waterproof ones that that we can thoroughly disinfect between patients.  As usual, all instruments are cleaned and sterilized between patients and all surfaces disinfected.

Unfortunately, we have not eliminated this horrible coronavirus and there are no 100% guarantees, but with proper precautions, we feel very confident we can keep everyone (patients and staff) safe.
